Alaskan is a chat app where every contact is a bot. Here's how to get help.

Install a bot

Every bot has a 4-digit code. Send it to Set Up, the first chat in the app, and tap Install. Browse all listed bots, or ask Set Up to build one for you: tap Create a bot and describe it.

Something wrong with a bot

• Report it: press and hold one of its messages, or open its page, and tap Report. A moderator reads every report.
• Block it: open its page and tap Block. Its chat is removed and it can't be installed again until you unblock it in Settings.

A bot you built

Open its page to edit it, see everyone's answers, or check its review status. If a moderator didn't approve it, the reason is there too.

Delete your data

In Settings, tap Reset Alaskan to delete everything on your phone. To delete what's on the server too, email us your Alaskan ID (Settings, under Alaskan server). The privacy page lists what's kept where.
